My Grocery Checklist FAQ



Q: Why am I having trouble getting my grocery list to save?
A: Most of the time this problem is caused by the options set in your Internet browser. Review your Internet browser's options or preferences settings to determine if you have disabled volatile 'cookies'. When you login to mygrocerychecklist.com, a volatile (or temporary) 'cookie' is sent to your browser to identify your account as you use the site. Without that cookie the site does not know which account is yours even though you have logged in successfully. A volatile cookie is remembered by your browser only until the browser is shutdown.
If you have cookies enabled and still have problems, send the following information to the comments e-mail below:
   1) any error message you saw on the screen
   2) your username
   3) which browser you are using and it's version
   4) the name of your Internet access provider
